According to the police report, Mr. Jamie Mcgaughran is accused of sexual assault on two minors from the age that they were 3 to the age they were 14. The details would make anyone sick, when he was confronted by detectives he fled from the United States to India after telling police he needed time to get an attorney.

As for the victims, In 2011 years after the abuse, they built enough strength and courage to stand up to him and go to the police. Jamie was living it up in Hawaii when he was contacted by the Honolulu police department on Monday February 6th 2012, soonafter Jamie agreed to meet with Honolulu police and conducted a short interview. At the interview Jamie told the investigator that he would need time to get an attorney and would contact the investigator by February 16, 2012 to conduct his interview. After this, the investigator left messages for Jamie on his cell phone but no response. He did not contact ivestigators any further and noone has heard fro him since.

Shortly thereafter in April 2012 Jamie Mcgaughran using a couchsurfing.com account logged in from Minjur, Tamil Nadu, India. He obviously forgot to deactivate his privacy settings. So to this date he is couchsurfing across India as the victims are tragically devastated by this completely iresponsible and incompetent excuse for a man.

Jamie Mcgaughran is a dangerous child abuser and when he was confronted by detectives he immediately fled the country to India. His mother Virginia Mcgaughran soon thereafter met with him to travel and support him financially, shes quotes as saying " My youngest son, Jamie, remains single and is currently visiting Asia."
