I have 118 page petition filed in District Court in Clark County of Las Vegas, by the Guardianship commissioner Jennifer Henry, Dated Jan 29, 2008. Petition to Terminate Guardianship and Remove Jared E. Shafer as Guardian of my wife, a very prominant local member of the Las Vegas community.You would not believe what this ripoff can get away with. I encourage ALL to step up and stop this ripoff from continuing to prosper from others misfortune.
