This is the biggest con-artist in the real estate business.  He doesn't own the house he lives in and trys to get people to buy a $20,000 program that "teaches" you how to do real estate.  He had a massive law suite in PA so he flew to the other side of the country to rip people off in Sacrameto.  He is all over the radio telling people he knows how to help you buy real estate,  but after massive research he doesn't even own a house. He has never flipped a house and does not have his clients best interest in mind.  My sister bought his program and he didn't help her not one time.  You can't even get him on the phone.  You get a CD set and a sales pitch from some group he hired that told me on the phone he makes over $90,000 per month, but tries to blame his ignorance on everyone else and will take anyone down in his path to make him look good.  He is an absolute squirl.  Do not give him your money.  You will be highly disapointed and as mad as I am!  He couldn't flip a house if he tried, but he is going to tell you how to?  Don't believe it.
