Jordans Put tint on the windows of my car Radcliff, Kentucky

I made an appointment to get my car windows tinted. Two days prior to my appointment they called and say they had cancellations and they can do my car. Because of my schedule that day and the need to use the car I was very specific when I ask if the car will be ready for pick up at 2:00 pm. I was told yes that will not be a problem.

Come 2:00 pm and the car is not even been touched. I was told to return at 6:00 pm and the car will be ready. When I showed at 6:00 pm the car was not ready. They proceed to be very rude and to insinuate that they were doing me a favor for doing my car. They proceed to say their prices where cheap. Cheap or expensive does not matter for I am paying for a service and we are entering an agreement to as when the car is going to be ready. My time is very valuable and with the process of gas going back and forth repeatedly is a waste of resources. If you cannot keep up with the workload do not call customers in to waste their time or hire more staff in order to meet the timelines.

At 6:00 pm I was told to come back at 7:00 pm their closing time. I showed up at 6:45 pm and my fianc has gotten a call to pick up the car by that time. They had the nerve to make me wait because they say I have an attitude. I got the keys at 7:15 pm that is a total abuse of consideration and a lack of customer support.

I advise anyone in this town to do business elsewhere. They will waste your time and at this time the quality of their work is still to be seen, since I got the windows done today.

Business like this who are not willing to go above and beyond to satisfy customers need to be pout out of business by consumer who demand nothing but quality.
