Have bought computers from this company as well as software. called store on many occasions and have not been able to get what I needed. This place is a sham!! All buyers of anything from this place should "BEWARE".

Think twice before doing business with this place. I will never use JSM Computers again for anything!

We have been in business since 1999, our main goal has always been 100% customer satisfaction. As of 10/2013 if you check our feedback we have over 5000+ positive on Ebay and 800+ postive on Amazon. Both sites we hold a 99% positive rating. Please see all feedbacks before seeing this one negative that doesn't even include much detail to their dispute. We are a small company, unfortunately we can't carry it all. Thank you.
