Judge Thomas H Kelley was a criminal Court Judge prior to Feb. 2011. This judge also was having an affair (sexual Relations) with a Public Defender Jannon Tallo until she put a Protection from Abuse Order against him. The presiding Judge Linebaugh decided to put this Judge on the Civil Bench for the duration of the agreed upon Protection from abuse to than hear Protection from Abuse Cases and those involving divorce cases where there was a PFA against one spouse. I'm sickened at the thought that the criminals that came before the Judge while he was having sex with their public Defender got off with a better deal just for that reason. Furthermore a Judge who can't keep his hands or his d**k to himself should not be allowed to continue their unjust screwing on the civil bench. The Attorney General Office and Judicial conduct board refuse to charge him. One must wonder why they certainly had no trouble punishing Honorable Judge Ballentine when she was accused of allegedly dismissing her parking tickets. Here's something people don't know with her case the tickets were not even valid they were issued after x amount of days after the legal time frame from when the Alleged violation took place. This poor Judge was set up she is black Kelley is not sound like a racial issue within the higher authority? Here's another example of Judge Kelley's unjust screwing while on the civil bench.

A victim at that time files for a Protection from abuse Order against her husband. Wife is granted Temporary Protective Order and Husband is ordered to Relinquish all weapons, ammo, and anything else prohibited by the act and for the duration thereof. Husband is served on March 1st, 2011 and signs a sworn affidavit stating he has no weapons, ammo and anything else prohibited by the act. A month after the Temp. PFA expires (even though husband plead guilty to the same criminal charges which were the basis for the PFA itself the final Order was denied) husband files for divorce RE # 2011-FC-000338-15. A month after that Husband files Petition for prohibition of dissapation of non-marital Assets and alleged the theft of firearms, ammo and other weapons during the time of the Temp. PFA by the victim/wife. Remember he signed a sworn affidavit 2 months prior stating he had no weapons to the Sherrif Deputys and now claims to the same court he had them and they were stolen. The JUDGE to hear this was Judge Thomas Kelley. That's not the worst part. This "Husband" obtained a homeowners policy for the home him and wife rented and alleged to the court he also owned the home. The Judge ruled that husbands items did exist during the time of the temp. PFA and his pregnant wife has to pay him for it. The Insurance Company didn't accept the Judges ORDER and filed a Declaratory Judgment RE 2012-SU-000641-44. The policy is bogus and also the claim no one not even law-enforcment will touch the case.

That would be like the reader getting a homeowners policy on a home you do not own, making up a bunch of items that do not exist, file a petition get a court to rule it did and possibly get paid provided the Insurance company feels it's cheaper to fight you than pay you. This husband wanted $40,000.00. How can a victim in a PFA have to pay her abuser for weapons she could not have possibly took? I guess when a Judge cant' keep his hands and d**k to himself such will be the case Lastly, PFA's as far as I know cannot be viewed via internet but f you take a trip to the court house the cases ending with the Docket # 12 Are Protection From Abuse Cases. It's disturbing to note the number of cases that were Protection From Abuse cases this Judge heard and ruled on while he had his against him the numbers are alarming. Disturbing to say the least. I believe Judges and Lawyers should be held to a higher standanrd when they break the law. I find this appalling. Isn't that corruption of justice? Against what the Constitution meant when it stated Americans have the right to a FAIR TRIAl? When a judge who has a PFA against himself is aloud to than hear them??? And banging a Public Defender and the presiding Judge Linebaugh putting him on the civil bench to continue his screwing? I mean are there any laws against that if there isn't we should start one we could call it the Kelley law?

I'd like to thank the readers who hung in there to this point. Victim is above case has tried to get attorney she is disabled and unable to find any attorney to stand up for her rights. NO Money No Justice despite our so called "Access to Justice Act" At the very least beaware of this judicial center of the quality of justice that comes from it. Crookedness and corruption affect all even those who think they are immune. This is a true but messed up and mind boggeling story.
