We purchased a Mercedes S500 from this dealer and was told there were no problems other than the SRS light was on. We paid $6400.00 in cash. We received a BILL OF SALE and other documents showing these figures. One month later we took the car to a Mercedes dealership where we informed the car had MANY SERIOUS ISSUES. The car lot now claims we did not pay them a single dime. We have spent thousands of Dollars in repairs. The car lot wants to repo the car so they can put it back on there lot.  LIES LIES and MORE LIES...

SRS light is NOT the main issue

I paid $6400.00 to the dealer and they are claiming to have NOT received it. THAT IS THE PROBLEM !!!

All the documents I have shows amount paid and amount owed.  The SRS light is a MINOR issue out of MANY.

Since it was only the SRS light

Are you really being serious?  So it was "just" the SRS(Airbag) light.  To most people that would be a huge red flag that perhaps they should go get it checked out BEFORE they buy it.  But not only that you didn't even seem concerned because it took you a MONTH to go get it checked out.   In that month, even if there were issues when you bought it, and the dealer is somehow responsible for them..waiting for a month makes it a lot tougher for you to prove the dealer knew about them.

Because a dealer may not know about all of the issues, when you buy a used car you buy it "As Is".  In fact your contract specifically says "AS IS - WITH ALL FAULTS".  So unless there is something in writing that says they will cover any repairs or that the car was "perfect" there are no warranties express or implied and you are going to be responsible for the repairs.

But with that said, you appear to have a contract that states your next(only) payment is due on the 6th of March.  So if they do attempt to repossess it before that point, if you are telling the entire story you would have a valid complaint and may be able to take other action against them.
