KEYSTONE PUPPIES LLC ELAM K STOLTZFUS NON DISCLOSURE OF FLEA INFESTATION IN PUPPY SOLD AS PROBLEM FREE RONKS, PA.

Lancaster Puppies is a popular website which i visited in early August. The profile of Tizzie a a pug was offered for sale. I had direct communication from the proprietor Mr. Elam Stoltfus, owner of Keystone Puppies. I paid the asking price and paid for the puppy to be delivered to NYC. Immediately Mr. S was notified that there was excessive scratching.He immediately denied that there could be a problem. His dogs did not have fleas.

We knew this could not be true unless the scratching was for a more serious reason. We continued to press Mr. S to come clean with the info. He finally admitted that both my Puppy and its mother had fleas and were treated with 1 course oF a commonly used product called ADVANTAGE which historically has been prescribed to PREVENT not CURE

Mr, S was very nice but hadly professional As the rocords indicate he took Lilly my pug and her mother to a hospital out of his immediate area so not to have a thread to the problem with his local vet. I am now forced to have my entire home flogged. And all of my clothing /furniture/draperies/carpeting professionally washed and disenfected.

The Vet records indicate an exam on Aug 2 2013 According to Pa. State laws, the pet could not be sold unless the medical report was over 21 days of office visit. My pet was sold to me 11 days after she had her examination by DR Willard l stolzfus Clearly the puppy was infested, he did not want his local vet to know, especially because the vet is his broher or cousin. The are no medical notes reflecting a previous flea problem and he inteneded o keep it that way Mr. S refuses to take any responsibility

ADDITIONALLY...I ASKED FOR A PAID BILL AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED

My new puppy purchase has created terrible stress for me and my son new puppy purchase has resulted in many unnecessary expenses and more to come. There needs to be a monitor appointed to follow through on what ca be a repakged Puppy mill?
