Bob Ullman aka www.leads111.com illegally obtains leads on the internet (in my case, from an online resume) then pitches lead sales via auto-dial phone recordings. This person thinks it's ok to steal peoples' information and sell it. If you receive a call from, or do business with this person, know that they are using information that was not obtained legally.
