Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This group is unprofessional, rude and very pushy. They where set up in a lousy hotel in Cocoa Beach. They claimed there office was under construction (lie #1). I had to say no 12 times before they would leave me alone. They promised us 2 free airline tickets (lie #2). They gave us a voucher to mail into "Passport to Travel" which we had to mail with $5. Then we get another voucher from "Passport to Travel" that requires mailing another $100 for 2 tickets. After reading the reviews online about "Passport to Travel" I'm not going to waste anymore time or money. Don't get scammed like I did!

Legacy is not passport to travel. Legacy is just as much a customer as you are. We have to pay marketing companies over $300 for each customer that gets sent to us to see our presentation. The marketing company sends us the gifts or vouchers to give to you that they promised you via the phone or mail. We don't choose those gifts they are mandated. The hotels condition also is no control of legacy. It is the largest hotel in cocoa. We invite you to come see us at our location, not a lie as you stated. To what we have control of. Legacy does not tolerate any of its representatives being rude. Please contact us at our office 800-743-0670. Please let us know which individual treated you unprofessionally so we can make sure it does not happen again.
