Lucy Creek Arms Tim Miller Timothy M Miller This character is a thief and a liar. Lampassas, Texas

    I purchased 2 Sig commemorative handguns while deployed to Iraq in 2011 with 1st Cav Div. They were to be shipped to Lucy Creek Arms in Lampassas, TX where I could pick them up upon redeployment. I was working for a contractor so I did not get to redeploy with the soldiers and had to wait a few extra months to get back. When I got back in Nov 2011 I contacted Lucy Creek and was told the handguns weren't shipped to Lucy Creek yet.   

     I went back to Iraq in Dec 2011. I contacted Lucy Creek and informed them I would not be picking up my handguns at the same time as all the Cav soldiers because I was still in Iraq, they were going home. Tim Miller said "No problem, we'll hold on to them until you get back."

     I returned home in July 2012 and asked Tim Miller to ship my handguns to a local FFL dealer in San Antonio so I wouldn't have to drive up there to pick them up. He then told me he was going to charge me $25 per gun per month in storage fees since I didn't pick them up in May. I explained to him 1) he never mentioned any storage fees and 2) I couldn't pick them up because I was still in Iraq. I also reminded him of the "No problem, we'll hold on to them until you get back" comment. We went round and round and I paid his trumped up fees. Total $250, just to ship them down to San Antonio. He said he was not in Texas and would ship the guns as soon as he got back to the shop. I explained that I was going back to Iraq, for the 3rd time, in Sept 2012. He said he would ship them to my FFL guy while I was away. Fine.

     I returned from Iraq and the guns were not shipped. The FFL dealer in San Antonio is wondering what the hell is going on. So am I. I've contacted him numerous times by email and each time he claims he's out of state teaching a class. Everytime I call it goes to voicemail and he might return the call a couple of days later. First he told me he was in Kansas City, MO and he'd ship them by Thanksgiving. Then he claimed to be in Denver, CO and was trying to get back home within the week. Blah, blah, blah.

     I finally did a search of this clown and noticed the numerous complaints against him through the BBB and ATF. I just want my 2 handguns. Tim, give me my guns. I paid Sig for the guns and I paid your BS fees. Ship my guns to my FFL dealer.

     Please do not do any business with this guy. He is a liar and a thief.
