Before you buy anything from this company please read the reports about the company, they are TRUE. I had purchase my trucks engine with them back in 2009, when I bought the engine the people there were "nice" and didnt had a hard time understanding my accent. After all this mess happen they told me that they couldnt understand me or kept on going around the bush, their customer rep. agents SUCK.

In December of 2011 tick white smoke started coming out of the truck, i never got had the check engine light on or any of that but I decided to take it to the mechanic i always take it to. He open the engine and told me that the head
was cracked, before that I had called a so called "Dory" at extension 263, she told me that they were going to help me fix it and to go ahead and take it to a mechanic so they can get started working on it. After the mechanics did all his work and send them the pictures- surprisingly they called me and told me the case was denied............. I was shocked!!!! I ask them to explain to me why that was and all "Dory" kept on telling me was that the truck was over heated and they couldnt replace the engine. I explain to her everything that was happening accordingly to the mechanic but she just kept
on trying to get around me. She said the only reason she was talking to me was because another person I spoke to first didnt understand my English, dont get me wrong I was ok with that. So I kept on telling her about the information the
mechanic told me and she said they couldnt do anything.

I went to speak to a lawyer about it because its a lot of money we are talking about I explain to her my situation and we called "Dory" from his office. She told me she understood everything i told her and that she was going to see what could be done about it. I called her the next day she told me that another excuse, this time she said that the truck over heated, luckily I was at the lawyers office and she ask to speak to "Dory". When the lawyer represented his self "Dory" pretended she couldnt hear any more and ended up disconnecting the line.

To this day i have been trying to get a hold of someone or have someone contact me back to see where i should go from here but still no answers. The company didnt call the lawyer back after he called them back and left them a voice mail. I am very upset about it and am writing about this today so that you wont fall in the same trick i did. PLEASE before you buy anything from them stop and think about it because its nothing but a RIPOFF
