I want everyone to know NOT to buy a used car here. I was looking at buying a used car they had for trade in, it drove okay and had a decent price, BUT the locks were not working and BOB had the nerve to say I would have to pay to get that working, even though his tech team knew about it before he started selling it, he was clueless about it and could not even get the trunk open!!!!. HELLO, that should DECREASE the sale price of the car, NOT increase it! Despite this very basic required part of the car not working, he further had the nerve to insist we not look at any other car anywhere else and we should do a deal immediately.
Dude, get a fricking clue. It is YOUR JOB to sell, it is NOT the consumer's job to buy from you. Oh and further he had a TOTALLY tacky haircut and a retardiculous argyle tie from the 70's, made him look like a total dork on top of the clueless act.
