I ordered 14" heart cookie cake for my daughter's birthday, because that was her wish. It was horrible, bitter and not edible. When I complained at the owner he didn't want to take care of the problem. He wasn't even available for 2 days and didn't have any manager on duty. Don't use that store in the Gardens Mall. I had Mrs Fields cookies from other place and never had a problem. This owner doesn't care about the customers !!!!!!!!

Mrs Fields Cookies ( Gardens Mall ) This Customer was offered an "exchange of product" or a "Mrs Fields Gift Card," when he returned a small portion of left over cake, which was baked fresh as ordered by customer. We have been serving our freshly baked products to our regular & new Customers for over 20 years and provide excellent Customer service.
However, our return policy is clearly printed on receipt as exchange only which this customer wishes to disregard and also refuses to accept a gift card to use at this or any other Mrs Fields Cookies location of his choice. The Customer is still very welcome to stop by and pick up a Gift Card at our location if he wishes to any time, I will be happy to assist him. Thank you.
