Wanted to refinance Made up pay $375 for a lousy appraiser. Have been waiting nearly 3 months to get a mortgage approval. Have me fax and snail mail as well as email the same documents over and over. Typically, a mortgage should be approved in 30 days or less.

Told me not to pay my mortgage because they would take care of the balance. Thank God I was smart enough not to believe them and continued paying mortgage all these months. I have learned that there are so many "other" reputable mortgage companies out there. Please folks don't use them.
