Oceanfront Viking Motel Front Desk Staff and managers Stole over $1,000 from us kicked us out lied to us extremely rude and abrasive to elderly mother, Internet

I advise everyone to STAY AWAY from this place and the Polynesian down the street owned by same people and staff. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!!! Will NEVER, ever, ever stay at this craphole again. We have NEVER been treated so-o-o-o-o-o badly in our lives... rude downright abrasive staff, smelled all over the property inside and out, what a dump. Nothing in our room worked no one ever came to fix anything. We had to buy all suppliers for everything even toilet paper and a plunger, all appliances were broke no lights but one worked.

Overcharged us and lied to us about EVERYTHING!!! Staff was appauling and doesn't know what customer service is if it bite them in the a*s! Charged us all kinds of fees that did not apply to us, said we destroyed the room, when we kept it spotless and have pictures on our cell phone to proove it. They called us liers, upset my 62 year old mother who has cancer and was recovering from kidney surgery there.

...We actually just checked out Monday 3-4-2013, had paid up till March 25th and paid over $200 in deposits, not what they are saying on here... we extended our stay there at first and was told we had to pay the total upfront and then they kept all of our money and kicked us out. VERY, VERY shady place and we are so VERY upset. My mother is making herself even sicker over this... they stole over $1,000 from us!!! Employees at front desk are liers and so very shady, can't believe anything they tell you and they all will tell you a different story.

I have NEVER stayed in such a dirty horrible place and just can't describe what a bad place this is all round! We are so very disapointed and upset. This place, for it's lack of service alone, SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN... and two of the front desk staff and mangers have absolutley no business in customer service, especially the hotel business. I worked in hotel management for over 7 years and this was just disgraceful!!!

HEY VIKING MOTEL>>>>> Learn how to treat paying guests at your dump of a hotel and quite lying and ripping them off and maybe all your rooms won't be sitting empty for over 4 months!!! No excuse for it!!!!!! Run from this place and run fast and keep running,  FYI.. **** is nicer and **** is quieter. NO STARS!!!!! IT SUCKS!!!!
