OrGREENic Kitchenware Beware When Ordering ! ! ! VICTIM in Texas has exact experience as "Fairfield, NJ" victim . . Internet

2/7/12...  I wish I had checked out Orgreenic's reputation here at Ripoff Report before placing an order today for some cookware my daughter-in-law in Alaska wants.  I just had the same experience as the victim in Fairfield, NJ who reported:

"On 12/21/11, I went to orgreenic website to place an order for a pan as a gift.  They had other optional offers so I clicked on some of these options thinking that I can review my order at the end.  However, I
found out too late that their ordering system does not allow you to review your order, it just goes through and submits it.  Most companies will let you review your order and confirm it before submitting it, but not the Orgreenic ordering system."

Orgreenic's website advertises " 9" Saute' Pans - Buy One, Get One Free for Only $19.99... Free Shipping".   Today 2/7/12 (just like the Fairfield, NJ victim) after I "blindly" placed an order for that too-good-to-be-true $19.99 deal, "opted" for a second similar pan offer, followed by a glass lids offer, and hit the "Process Order" tab expecting to be able to preview and edit.  I was astonished to see that my "Complete" "Order Total" is $114.91...  and includes "Shipping $14.99" !!!!

While the "Order Now" tab on Orgreenic's website functioned well enough to rip me off to the tune of $114.91, I quickly learned that clicking on their "Customer Service" tab results in "Server Error in '/' Application ...Server not found or was not accessible".   Clicking on their "Home" tab to find contact information to deal with them directly results in the same "Server Error" response. 

I'd like to have my time and money back, but this rip-off is not over yet.  I'll be spending additional time I do not have to spare trying to track down contact information so that I can (hopefully) deal with a representative of Orgreenic directly. 

I'm not looking forward to going through what "Fairfield, NJ" said they experienced: 

"The total cost was too much for me so the very next day when I could contact them, I called them.  I was told that the order cannot be found but the rep said he will make a note to cancel the order once it is in their system.  I called about 2-3 days later, the order was found and the rep canceled the order. 
However, even though the order was cancelled, I was still charged for it.  So I had to call to request for a refund.  I had to talk to the supervisor to make sure that the refund will be issued. I also complained about their ordering system, stating that the buyer should be allowed to review the order before it is submitted.  It took 2 weeks for them to return my money. 

"But anyway, my main complaint is that this shouldn't have happened if their ordering system allowed the buyer to review the order before it is submitted."

I could not agree more, "Fairfield, NJ".  Thanks for your report and wish me luck.
