attention all self storage managers and customers throughout the greter new orleans area......please be aware of a con artist named patricia ann kampa... she also goes by patty kampa and patrice kampa... here is her scam..... she is a con artist.... she rents storage units at variuos storage facilities to store garbage in them.... she usually targets self storage facilities that have a 1.00 special first month move in.

then she will let the property go up fort auction... and will wait to the last minute untill the legal ad is in the newspapaper advertising her property for public auction ... because she not paid her rent.... this is her intension.... so she can con some poor fool in to giving her money to save her property from public sale.... when she pockets the money and never has any intension of paying her rent...

she has defrauded many people over the years and people are so inbarrassed about it they are affaid to speak up... because they have been ripped off...... please be aware of  patricia kampa she is a professional rip off artist and is very knowledgable of the laws regarding storage , she is a former postal worker who was fired from the united states postal service for simular crimminal activities.
