Signed up at the beginning of this month (thought that they said that I had to wait 3 days before cancelling not to cancel within the three days) Complaint department is a joke and like others have said are very rude, they have lots of BBB Complaints against them, now one more that I just sent them. I suggest others do the same if haven't done it yet!
