You are a con and a felon...you should watch the link above...it shows many of your mug shots from THEFT arrests and also the legal documents which link you directly to your former step father, Ed Shanks. You two have been at it for a long time and gotten away with it...the more you post the more you lie...All of the documents are proving your inconsistencies...Give it up! 

I guess there could be another Tommy Case Patterson with that same mole on his face, that also builds pools and roofs and who has been arrested and served time... and you are just being misidentified.

Your pool company that you say was closed because of lies...was actually shut down by the state of Tennessee because, once again you were building without a license. Of course a copy of the C&D letter from the state is included in the report above.

Let me just say that this last report is extremely false in many ways. The very true part is that yes, premier pools and patios has filed banktruptcy and left homeowners with unfinished pools. Anna and Ed Shanks are the owners of that company, period. Tommy Patterson quit premier over 5 months ago and was a salesperson, thats it. He had no say or control whatsoever in their decision making or how they ran their business. He was an employee, period. Tim Patterson was also just an employee, having no control, just doing what his bosses told him.

Linda only answered the office phones on a part time basis and only did that for them for a few short months. Ed and Anna Shanks did have previous charges in Mississippi, involving a company THEY owned. Tommy Patterson and Linda NEVER worked for that company. Tim, Tommy, and Linda have never had previous charges of fraud like this person has stated in his/her report. Yes, Tommy Patterson did open a pool company called Staycation Backyard Resorts, not to "rip" people off, but to earn a living and build beautiful pools.

Ed and Anna Shanks do NOT nor will they ever have, ANY affiliation with Staycation, not that it matters because Staycation will not be doing any business thanks to some very false information on this website. Again, very untrue to say that this "entire" family are crooks or even referring to this as being a family. You are wrongly persecuting employees of Premier Pools that were just like anyone else in the world, going to work, trying to earn a paycheck to support themselves and their families. You don't look at the employees and blame them for the OWNERS filing banktruptcy, (employees usually don't know), you look at the OWNERS of the company, who solely made that decision, NOT THE EMPLOYEES!

Tommy Case Patterson is also involved in the fraud activity that has been seen on every news channel involving Premier Pools and Patios out of Hermitage / Nashville Tennessee. He has created a company called Staycation Backyard Resorts in Mt Juliet that is also invloved in criminal/fraudlent activity along with Premeir Pools and Patios. If you think about it, the Roofing Company he had on here is called Premier Roofing and the pool company he was with invloved in all the fraud is called Premier Pools catchy name huh??? Premier Pools and Patios has been on News Channel 4,5, and Fox 17 News beginin 9/19/12 involving fraudlent activity with million of dollars in theft. The entire family is in this operation which opens multiple companies, screws people then closes it down and opens another one. This family includes: Tommy Patterson his brother Timothy Tim Patterson , Mother Linda Patterson , Father Ed Shanks , and Step Mother Anna Shanks all of which have been arrested in previous states for fraud. Their previous company in Mississippi was Pelican Pools and was conducting fraudlent activity then they moved to TN opened Premier Exteriors screwed several people over, then opened Premier Pools and Patios screw more people over, now has opened Staycation Backyard Resorts which has already begun screwing people over from what I've read. These people all need to spend the rest of their life in jail and must be stopped asap. The news has reported them of screwing people out of Millions of Dollars so far. If your are involved please contact news channel 4,5, or 17 in Nashville TN with any updates. Also if you are invloved please contact your local police department to file charges. AGAIN THESE PEOPLE MUST BE STOPPED!

Tommy Case Patterson has now started a company called Staycation Backyard Resorts and Construction in Mt Juliet TN and has royally screwed us over. He has been paid $23,000 and has maybe $6000 worth of work done and almost all the work will have to be fixed and he has already spent what we gave him on God only knows what and had the audacity to ask for more. We found this forum prior to contracting with him and asked him if it was him and he denied anything to do with it. We have complete confirmation that this is him for sure and would rather not throw the person under the bus who told us but it is him without a doubt. He is also currently on Parole in Wilson County TN. We already have an attorney going after him and would like to get together with everyone that has been scammed by him to put him in jail so this does not happen again. We will  be contacting News Channel 5 investigates to let them know to see if they will do a story on him so we would greatly appreciate anyone else that has been ripped off to be involved. Anyone involved please respond ASAP thanks

I was also included in the rip offs about the same time as all the other reports I have read.  However, I would like to include a further problem.  After the recent hail storm in Nashville, I had the roof inspected for some minor damage.  Both the insurance adjuster and a contractor mentioned that the boots on the roof were installed backward (by Premier Exterior).  Boots are those rubber base pieces that go around the bottom of air vents, gas vents, etc.  So, now I have to get someone to go up there and fix that before there is leakage damage later on.  I've called Premier at the number listed and left a message, but am sure it was an exercise in futility.  Premier also tried to make me pay an extra $1,000 and Patterson got pretty strong about it.  However, I'm stronger and it didn't happen.  I had some of his roofers do some construction work for me on weekends they weren't working for Premier, and they mentioned that Premier wasn't paying them and they were scrambling to find other work to support their families.  I guess he wasn't paying anyone!

You're wrongfully implicating others that are victims as well, which isn't right.  If I'm "dirty by association" (by your definition) then so is the lady that was hired to clean his office and the printing company that printed the contracts that you signed.  What Tommy did was wrong and deplorable, no question.  But, we (myself & Dwayne Roberts) were simply contracted with as third parties for Premier Exteriors.  We provided B2B services for a fee...that DOES NOT make us "dirty by association."  How could we have known that Tommy was ripping people off?  If you cannot comprehend that your statement simply does not follow...I don't know what to tell you.

As for the phone calls?  I have no clue what you're referring to.  I had my own business number at the time and I helped Premier setup their phone services, but I never received any calls from consumers/clients.  Why would I? I wasn't an employee of Premier.  I have no clue the whereabouts, nor have I spoken with Tommy since my last check from him bounced over a year ago.  I wrote him off at that time.  I hope you have better luck collecting your money than I did.

I am not sure how/why you put my name on this complaint, as I was only a third party vendor who was also scammed.

I do wish you (all of us) the best of luck pressing charges. Although I have not seen or heard from Tommy, I am aware that the Tennessee Attorney General's office is pressing forward with charges.

I have written this loss of as bad debt, and I sincerely hope that one day your losses can be resolved.

By including my name in this report, you are causing my company loss of revenue. I am specifically requesting that you modify your complaints title and remove my name immediately.

Steve is crying about how good he is, but the fact is that he is dirty by association. SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE LOST THOUSANDS and YOU have done NOTHING to help. Numerous calls and emails to you went unanswered. It is crazy that you wouldn't be helping people put him in jail so you can truly clear your name. I don't care if you are supposedly a good guy, you need to step up and help other people find this snake. Step up! 

Just thought I'd add my $.02 as I do not like being implicated in Tommy Patterson's mess and feel you including my name is libelous.

For the record:  I (Steve Thurmond) was hired on a contractual basis as a webmaster and internet marketer for Premier Exteriors. 

I was hired back in February of 2010 to give Premier Exteriors a web presence, help them gain exposure on the internet, and generate leads...nothing more.  I had no clue what was going on with the company outside of my duties.  I was never an employee.  I was simply hired on a month to month basis as an independent contractor.

In an effort to further Premier Exteriors' exposure online, I brought Dwayne Roberts on board to help with video promotions and additional marketing.  Like myself, Dwayne was simply hired on a contractual basis to perform marketing duties.

Everything seemed to be fine for several months as we continued marketing for Premier.  My first clue that something may be wrong was when my checks from Tommy began to bounce.

As of this writing, Tommy has not made my last two payments and also owes Dwayne Roberts $3500 for services rendered.  So, you're not the only people he owes money to.

I feel terrible that he has taken people's money and not performed his contractual duty...but, that has nothing to do with us and is no reason to drag our names through the mud.

I would appreciate it if you would remove our names from your libelous report.  Please do your homework before you start throwing people under the bus.

Don't trust this company they took my insurance check about two mount ago. Now the only thing that I am hearing from them is excuses and we will get to you next week. I think that we should let the media know about them so other people will not get scammed.

I only know of Tommy Patterson and that is his real name. Tommy Case Patterson that has already served time as a felon in Loisianna and Mississippi. He is on parole now so your suggestions of jail time for him could possibly become reality. I have known him for 9 years because we have an eight year old daughter that he does not support and that he exposed to the chemicals used for cooking drugs when she was in his care for a month. Please pursue this matter as I will provide any information necessary to help yone else.ou and any
