I have tried to cancel my account on several occasions. And got the run around. I am unable to get to the correct person. Holding times are upward of a half hour and I eventually hung up at an hour.

Premier Global Media Auto pay from my account, kept charging after I was assured that my request to cancel was would be honored. No refund. I never used their service once, requested to cancel after first month. Internet
