RADCO air conditioning Robin Delardi Last june,2013, This man sell me a 3 yr preventive maintenance contract to service, my unit's on two of my homes. he fails to come out in dec, so I called him in february to service my units. To of his teck's come out on feb 14, 2014 and all they did was write some numbers down on a service sheet, spring hill Florida

after they took off the condenser cover and inspect the in side, I did not see them check the pressure,with any gauges or amperage meter's. Ther was no cover removed on the air handler, so no cleaning or lubricating or adjusment done to my units, I call to report my complaint to the company, and the owner said that I did not know what I was talking about, because his teck's know what they are doing, and got very angry and yelling , and would not let me get a word in. So I said I would like them to do as the checklist says, and he told me not to call him for his service's any more, so I as for my money back, and said good luck with that and hung up on me.

Two of his teck come out on feb 14,2014, All they did was to look and write down the units info ,on a work sheet, and some number's, with out any tool's to inspect the in side of the air handler, for mold ,or to clean, lubricate and any adjusment ,that needed to be done. I call the office of radco inc to complaint and the owner said that I dune know what I'm talking about, because his teck know what they are doing. I try to teel him that they did not do as the ckecklist says, so he got very angry and yelling over the phone at me and told me not to call him for any service. So I as for my money back , and he said good luck with that, and hung up on me. This company is a total ripoff art's. Stay a way from RADCO AIR CONDITIONING AND APPLIANCE, INC. He is nothing but a thief.
