Ranger Supply Store Valley Home Buyers theft, fraud Stockton, California

For a group of supposed "Christians", this has got to stop.  It is no secret to the family that Donald Bole, the mentally challenged brother, made the initial "complaint" when he didn't get his way.  This business has proven how sad it is when trust, love and family try to make a business work. 



Dustin was seriously  injured and nearly died.  Out of HIS settlement, we invested in the business.  Our only legal partners, Robert and Linda Bole, didn't have the funds (although the event sales and E-Bay sales of NCN property was being done without our knowledge, including MANY electronic bibles...) and Dustin built the website for the business.  Robert was primarily running the physical part of it.  This only got ugly when Don was promised by Linn that he could be an owner.  Robert played both sides of the fence telling us "NO, I will take care of it" and at the same time apparently told Donald that this was not true.  Obviously this charade could not go on forever.  We put thousands of dollars of our own money into it.  When confronting Robert about taking cash repeatedly out of the business and then finally well over $10,000 in cash and merchandise disappearing in August 2009 while Bob went to an "event", then mysteriously Don is buying a house and has all kinds of new furniture stored, Dustin tried to get to the bottom of it.  The following month Robert and Linda drain and take their names off the bank accounts for the Store, in the range of $20,000+, and don't tell us so WE get hit with the expenses because Dustin's name was on the accounts.  Then they send a nasty letter from a local attorney demanding to be removed from the business (I absolutely have the originals which have been provided to both IRS and State Assessor's Office).  Don, who started this whole thread, has been grossly misinformed and although he has even had the audacity to slander ME saying I am a drug addict, he really needs to look at his own anger and so do Robert and Linda.  For such supposed loving Christian people, why all the trouble with their children?  All of them, including Don, have tried to get away from them at some point and now Don is the momma's boy because of his mental handicap.  I quit trying to argue with him because it was like arguing with a 12 year old.  We were advised to sue and even turn in an insurance claim against Robert Bole, Linda Bole and even Donald Bole and instead of going psycho and attacking like they did, we just dropped it and tried to move on.  They went on a campaign doing everything they could to smear us.  However, God sees their actions and knowing that Robert, whom Dustin and I both admired, had spent his life using his wife and now his son to do his dirty work and let everyone think he was so wonderful has been the most heartbreaking thing of all.  However, finding out that Dustin's bloodtype proves that Robert cannot be a biological match makes more sense now.  Don has what he wants - momma.  Robert will answer for his actions.  Linda will answer as well.  Remember coming with Dustin and I to Victorville and begging us not to tell Robert Bole that you and your sister were in the hot tub with pot and beer while we stayed in the house because we didn't want to be a part of that?  WHO is the drug user?  Remember having your teenage son roll joints for you?  Well, the truth is finally coming out.  They got caught and we could have turned them in for a bunch of things.  Instead we tried to be peaceable about it.  They didn't do the same, choosing to try to ruin the life of at least Linda's youngest son.  At least I won't lie about my identity as Donald Bole did.  I have the paperwork to prove my case along with the paperwork that Robert left behind when the landlord of the workshop called us showing that Robert used existing NCN accounts simply telling them that the business "moved".  Nothing was stolen from them.  We lost everything.  We tried reincorporating and got a NEW business ID number to separate us from them.  Robert who supposedly lost his "retirement" that he never invested in still sells at events and was online until he got caught again by GPH.  There are 2 sides to every story and we are the only ones out any money.  They took advantage of our situation and when Robert got caught, not to mention the messages and sites that were found on the computer, he lied again and let his wife and son be his mouthpiece as he has apparently always done.  Manipulation and cruelty - total and complete.  All we want is for them to leave us alone and they cannot even do that.  I'm tired of ignoring all they say and letting them slander us.  Quit being a coward and hiding behind false identities (Donald) and writing on websites all over the place, posting things that are even illegal.  Treat others as you wish to be treated.

It has been verified through the Northern California/Nevada District office that Jerry Hanney DID NOT file that rebuttal. The district office let those of use that investigate the comment that it was a case of Identity Theft...submitted by whom, not sure...but there is a good indication of who was the culprit that performed the criminal action.

There has been a few things that have happened since the original post...the rebuttal that was listed as from Jerry from the Northern California/Nevada District office, was verified by Jerry and other high "ranking" district officials that whoever posted that rebuttal protecting Dustin Bole, has actually committed Identity Theft, because the signer listed that it was Jerry Haan from the NC/N District, when indeed the district office didn't write anything at all in this ripoff reports blog...a few other things is that he says in his customer service section of his page that Crazy Crow, Panther Primitives, Coleman and Lodge have authorized him to sell their products...that to a point is true...whatever he has on stock is sell-able, however, he can not buy from them anymore...and the biggest thing...many people have still called Bob Bole stating they paid for merchandise and either received the wrong item or did not receive anything at all...so if you paid for something and do not receive it call the California Attorney General's Office, they can expedite your lose quicker.

Jerry, I do trust that you brought it up to the Lord to find out what is really going on..a*s well as the fact that Dustin's page hasn't been up for a week or so, and that there are several complaints that customers are getting the wrong products that they ordered, as well as some aren't getting anything that they ordered...and Dustin isn't answering the phone, nor returning their calls, nor sending them the correct orders, so once again, if you haven't prayed and asked the Lord about it, then do so, because the Lord is showing folks the truth about Dustin and his wife.

Dustin Bole has embezzled over $100,000...I know this because I wanted
to remain anonymous, however I am one of the other sons of Bob Bole,
and I know for fact what I said was true, because I was a board member
of the corporation...GPH is investigating copy right infringement, and
Dustin Bole and his wife has file a plethora of federally illegal,
fraudulent things, in fact, by corporate law, my understanding is that
he is not a corporation because he refuses file taxes, he refuses to
have business meetings, and he does not have any shares to sell to the
public (per a corporate attorney)...he charges everyone taxes, he lies
to the IRS stating in the last two years that he hasn't made
anything...he will be under investigation from governmental entities I
cannot discuss here, as well as copyright law infringements, and I did
get the scoop from GPH that they will not sell him anything...Jerry, If
you have anything to ask call me or my dad...we will give you the real
truth instead of the falsehood my brother is trying to pass onto
everyone...in fact, contact Stockton commanders, they also know the

It has come to our attention that the author of this report is giving FALSE information.  They are quick to mention the names of the true and verified owners of the Ranger Supply Store, but not quick to mention their own name.  When things have to be hidden, then there most likely wrong or fully of lies.

I work in the accounting department of the Northern California Nevada District Office of the Assemblies of God.  Bob Bole worked for the DRC (District Resource Center) for many years.  The DRC operated a Royal Ranger and Missionette District store.  However, the DRC ceased operations of the Ranger and Missionette Supply store early in 2008.

Bob Bole agreed to take the unsold inventory on consignment.  It is my understanding that Bob Bole, his wife Lynn, as wells as his son, Dustin Bole and his wife Karen formed a corporation together and created a web based business.

It is also my understanding that it the summer of 2008, a verbal agreement was made with Bob Bole to pay the DRC $4,000 for the inventory and Bob Bole and company would retain all funds they received from the sale of the inventory.  As of today, the DRC has never received a single payment from Bob Bole for the inventory.  Nor do we expect to see any payments from Bob Bole.  His son, Dustin Bole, has stepped up and offered to make good on his father's debt.

In working with Dustin and Karen Bole over the last few months, we have found out that Bob Bole was using the DRC credit accounts to purchase more inventory without properly filing new credit applications for the new company he had started with his son. Once Dustin and Karen Bole found this out and brought it to our attention, we have been working with them, their insurance claim adjuster and their attorneys to get these new issues resolved.

Bob Bole has committed fraud and identity theft against the DRC and the Assemblies of God District as a whole.  Our legal team is wondering where we are going with this newly gathered and verified evidence and information that continues to come in from our vendors that Bob Bole was representing himself as a members of the DRC staff in order secure NET Terms with these vendors.  He was simply telling the vendor that the DRC moved to Stockton, and even asked to have the name changed.

This information and evidence we have received regarding this situation with Bob Bole, has truly shocked us. Then came the great disappointment and utter disbelief.  We would never in a lifetime believe that Bob Bole was capable of this misuse of trust and admiration we have had for him for the many years of his service on the District Advisory Board of Royal Rangers and as an employee of the DRC for many years. The hardest thing in the world for us here at the DRC and NCN District office was to believe the evidence that we were reading and the evidence that was being presented to us from multiple vendors that Bob Bole was dealing with directly.

I have spoken to many churches and other individuals that have purchased items from the Ranger Supply Stores website since October 2009 (when the alleged theft of customers money started), and every one I spoke to had received their order.  Some had items on back order, but they have since received the back ordered items.  We know that the RangerSupplyStore.com is a bonded company

I know that GPH is not going to give the writer from Colorado any information as to whom or if they do business with any other business.  And since this complaint was not written by a TRUE customer, more like someone trying to slander a company that had to make a hard discussion to terminate the employment of their own father.

Our prayers are with the entire Bole family,  That God continues to heal the broken hearts all around.

My understanding also, is that (per GPH) GPH isn't selling them to them anymore anyway, so unless he has a thought to find friends to buy the products then he sell them, then he would be out of merchandise anyway. So once again, if you buy from rangersupplystore.com than your setting yourself up for being robbed...if it does happen to you...don't accept the lame excuse he gives...file a complaint with the Calif. AG's office.
