Richard Gutierrez portrays him self as a family man who works hard, but in real life he is nothing but a drug dealer and a man who cheats on his wonderful wife. He acts like a car detailer, but in real life he is nothing but a low life drug dealer. Just pull his criminal record, beating and cheating on his wife ever chance he gets. He uses you and acts like he is your brother, but instead he is nothing but as a user. Gutierrez has not filed correct taxes in years and only owes a small balance on his house, where did he get his down payment money? ANSWER by selling drugs with crooked NYC cops, which is in his family. Gutierrez rights things about people who only did nothing but help him and never screwed him. On his birthday he was treated to lunch, then had a surprise birthday party thrown for him, then the following week was taken to Aruba where he had sex with all Prostitutes and everything was paid for him by the same person who he wrights about. In Aruba he ran up his own credit cards, to only blame the same person who paid off all his credit cards before they left for Aruba. Not only that when his daughter had problems, this same person gave his daughter money to help her out, because Gutierrez always says "My daughter is a looser and I am not doing anything for her."

When his wife needed tires on her pathfinder that same person paid for them, not including paying off his own debt to help him out. He tried to build his poor 90+year old mother credit by using her social Security number W/O her permission and finally maxed out her credit and let it go bad. It is amazon how the IRS has not looked at this guy who only collects unemployment and owes two Mercedes Benz. As far as Unemployment fraud he he sells drugs and works off the books to defraud the state of Florida. As fare as his family life, what a joke. This guy has sex with every girl he meets and girls from the inner room strip club. He drugs the girls with his drugs like cocaine and then has sex with them. If his wife wants proof just call the hotel in Sebastian called Captain Hieremns where he tales strippers weekly there. This guy acts like he is your friend until you are weak then he robs you and steals your money and acts like he did nothing wrong. What a user every day for 8 months he allowed this person to treat him on average $30 a day on lunch, drinks and cigars at Ashes Cigar Tavern in Melbourne Fl. and then acts like a victim. The IRS should really look at this guys life style and what he reports on his taxes, they will have a field day on this drug dealer.

All I feel bad is for his poor wife who he mentally abuses all the time. Go to Brevard county sheriff dept website and you will see that Richard has more DWI's than he has drugs. HE is currently on probation for another dwi and drinks all the time even when he has to goto AA by law.He brags how he sells drugs who hurt children and been arrested so many times in NYC that he had to flea to Florida so he could put his drug money down on his house to hide it. His wife told us he is leaving this scumbag and hopefully she calls the hotel and gets his records or look a this credit card statements from April 09 to Dec 09 and then leaves him. If his wife wants proof just call me and I have plenty of proof on him cheating, tapped conversations of him bragging of how he had sex with this one and that one, also I have tapes of him admitting to selling drugs and even a video tape of him selling hydrocodine to people and plety more. People who have money and if you see this guy trying to get into your circle, run dont walk. This guy will use you till u are weak then he will steal from you and then bad mouth you. I will be honest I would of never wrote this but I read a bunch of lies about me and I felt the truth needs to come out.
