RICK CASE ACURA RICK CASE sold me crashed vehicle and without understanding had me sign a no arbitration letter towards them fort lauderdale Florida

 Purchased a Acura rdx 2010, certified from rick case acura in fort Lauderdale, I was never imformed of the Suv being in a previous accident, they showed me a carfax with Clean history, I get lawyers involved, and after months of building the case, my lawyers inform me that Honda does have my vehicle under accident repair, and I cannot sue them, because, I unaware of the details, when signing the contract, they had me sign a non arbitration letter,

so I cannot sue, very smart rip off move, now Im stuck with a car that has had multiple repairs, bad tires, that I have to buy, and all they keep telling me is to bring it in, they must think I do not have a job to hold, I've gone more then 12 times in the past year alone, and the better business bureau of course went on their side, so they don't help you at all BBB thanks for allowing rick case to rip me off bbb
