This company charged us 4 amounts before they ever even left their yard.  We were charged $1000 pre authorization for services (which was returned 2 days later) $103 per hour (every hour that the mechanic is in his truck) $75 service call fee PLUS $1.05 for every mile!  This is all before they decided to show up 2 hours late!  Be aware and do NOT use them!  There are cheaper service trucks out there!
