sammydress I ordered clothes from this site and 3wks have gone by and i still havent recieved it. I tried calling to speak with a mang. but they will not put a mang.on the phone hong kong

I ordered clothes from this store and about three weeks have gone by and I still haven't recieved it. I tried calling to speak to a manager but they will not put a manager on the phone
