Shoprunner, Inc. I had no idea that they pro-rate when you want to cancel but saw it here. I asked before coming here, and they sdaid they don't! They had only 1 company I shop at for discount shipping. King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

I saw I had a charge on my Discover charge card statement for $79 wanting to know who shoprunner, inc. was from King of Prussia. They had no phone number listed on my charge card statement, so I looked it up online.

I found them and called to see what it was. A guy read back to me my email address and zipcode. He said I had 30 days to cancel when I bought this membership and ordered an item from Toys R Us. I had no idea I was paying $79 for a membership. I could have gotten free shipping or free promo coupon codes or other codes on my own as I was doing not having to pay someone a fee.

I said I would like to cancel my membership and asked for a pro-rated anount. He said they had none. He said I will be placed as cancelling May 31, 2012. I came to your website to see if anyone had any complaints. I found out that you did have someone who said so. How can I get back a pro-rated amount?

This "membership" is useless to me. No stores I mentioned to him had any places I shop at in person or online. He said they have stores coming soon. He said at Christmas or before that they'll have more shops to buy online from. I asked if he knew what they were. He said "No." After talking to him for a while, I found out he was in Wisconsin!

This is such a rip off. I need help to get rid of this July 1st, 2011 membership charge! Do not buy this membership nor will you know you are being charged $79. Your only way out is to not buy anything and cancel before 30 days if you can remember that.
