Southwest Trailer Rentals in San Diego, CA is the most dishonest, unethical company in the United States. Not only does the owner break numerous state, federal and local laws, his unscroupulous behavior is without reason. Until recently, I was a large customer of this tractor trailer rental company. That is, until their sales manager Adrian Becerra approached one of my customers and cut a deal to rent equipment to them directly. When complaining to the owner, his response was "it is a cost of doing business". I urge any company to stay away from Southwest Trailer Rentals in San Diego. Not only is their customer service terrible, they are lying cheats.

As a former employee and knowing both named individuals in the report, I can honestly state that they are two of the most ethical people I have ever known. Their business is leasing semi trailers. The lease clearly states that their customers cannot sublease rental equipment. The writer of this complaint did just that. It is he who violated the contract.
