We were looking to get a new home cause the one we live in doesnt have heat and has several other problems. (for are family which consits of 6 great kids)  so we found one we liked and talked to a realitor  the owner agreed to sale on contract for 12,000 down so my husband searched the internet looking for somewhere to get the down payment, are credit isnt that great and its hard for us to get any kind of financing.  so we found sunset direct lenders we called and talked to them they said they could get us the money no problem. she sent paper work everything looked legite so we signed it sent it all back she told us we would have to have insurance on it just in case we lost our jobs or something it also looked legite so we sent it all in along with 1200.00 $  we were told we would have it in 48 to 72 hrs  that it would be there wednesday by 9|30 that was 3 days ago and we havent seen a dime everytime we call we get someone else to talk to or they have an excuse on why the money isnt there.  like dumb buts the money we sent was are rent money  so now we are out the money and have been evicted from are home.  i know we should have checked it out better but we were just trying to do better for are family and we got screwed so  PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!
