I have this information after years of a nightmare IRS audit and litigation in the Tax Court.  I paid Tax Resources, Inc. for an IRS audit insurance policy.  Then I was audited.  Tax Resources, Inc. provided some forms for me to fill out, received my receipts, then wrote a couple of letters to the IRS and talked with them on the phone.  What took place, now known to me after the fact, is that the rogue Reno, Nevada IRS small business office issued 36 falsified workpapers on multiple ocassions.  Only 1 was ever provided to me and the IRS agents working with Tax Resources, Inc. concealed them from me and issued me a huge tax bill that I did not owe.  The IRS intentionally merged separate businesses into one to deem them as "hobbies" and not for profit to disallow deductions.  The IRS claimed inter-bank wire transfers were unreported income and deliberately ignored microfilm evidence.  The IRS modified a tax return that was not issued a Notice of Examination, falsely stated records were duplicates, falsely stated records were incomplete and not provided, deliberately sent correspondence to an old address to try and cause me to miss deadlines, and finally in the end ignored 2 timely filed requests to move on to the Appeals Office and sent my audit to the Notice of Deficiency Unit.  I hired a tax attorney and paid over $ 7,500 in legal fees to end the matter in the Tax Court.  The huge false tax bill disappeared.

Tax Resources, Inc. Enrolled Agents and supervisors advised me that the IRS was 95 % correct and that I should pay the huge falsified tax bill.  They never provided me with 36 out of 37 workpapers.  When I complained to supervisors they treated me like a child and acted as if they were my teacher in a kindergarten class.  Now I have all the evidence and Appeals Office report and court order to be a lead plaintiff in a Federal class action lawsuit.

The tax audit firm known as Tax Masters does not exist anymore due to a class-action lawsuit.  If you Google Tax Masters Class Action you will find the law firm.  If you Google "falsified IRS examinations" you will locate a GAO report that the problem of falsified exams is a huge money loser to the government due to the costs of tax court litigation that the feds lose time and time again.
