TD / VFC TD Auto Financing / TD Bank / route one / dealertrack online credit application fraud toronto, Nationwide

I was lied to by a salesman, and when I discovered it I requested full disclosure from the bank.
I then discovered a fraudulently manipulated credit application without my signature. I have gone to a conference settlement hearing against them and Judge favored on our side. The dealer transfer agreement states (IN part ): "Any representation found to be untrue will constitute a breach.

I found misrepresentation, and intend to fight this to the end, and yes I am representing myself. I have been blogging about this since 2010. Entitled "David Vs Goliath" I intend on going very public with this. Even after TD /VFC was notified of the online application process they still want to fight.

VFC knows this and still accepts his applications.
