We are Section 8 Renters since all scattered Sites at HACLA went to TELACU Property Management some buildings are benefiting faster than others.
When Corporate Greed interferes with A Persons rights to come and go freely of any obticles even doors.
That right My Disabled Signifigant Other Whom Uses a Wheelchair ask for some Reasonalablr  Acommidations, Like an Automatic Front Gate and Common Halway Door.
After finding out the final cost they were Denied.
After a Littlr leg work and about 400 Emails later She finally got Her Doors so all things do come at a price even independence and insainity reapting the same mistake expecting a Differerent Result,

This corruption just keeps getting uglier and uglier.  They are a multi-billion dollar corporation and they make profits by renting under this latest part of the plan from Montiel...  his partners in crime are still in the triangle.  

This new change in Section 8 is so that they can rent to the public FOR PROFITS. Not accepting personal Section 8 vouchers anymore.

I forced them to put in 4 add'l handicapped parkings here and many other things. I'm so concentrated on this huge scam, theft and corruption, I have not even gotten to forcing them to obey the law and have handicapped access to the building from the underground parking...STAIRS ONLY!  

All of these people are making money on the tax payer's dime by committing felonies to steal this money and invest it for their personal profit and then not pay taxes on those profits.  

I cannot believe how our local legal system of injustice just ignores this. And Villaraigosa is a HUGE part of these crimes...  he is the one who can give non-profit status or is closest to the people who DO give that status.  

LOMOD and TELACU make HUGE PROFITS!  They are both PRIVATE CORPORATIONS! HACLA could have kept the money from HUD and hired individual companies for each part of what the building need to run smoothly, but Montiel showed up with 'his plan', something he DID get away with completing in housing in Texas.  Just because he's gone, the plan did not stop, it has moved up to the next steps.  

The encourage us to move out, I AM NEVER LEAVING!  They will have to use that money on my apartment, and the other's if they ever start to care about living in a rundown tenement while the people who have the money to make this a really nice place invest that money to make huge profits for themselves.  They take care of me because they know I will never stop.

TELACU is so arrogant that they believe they can continue to steal our resources, but I'm not giving up until they are GONE!  

When HACLA lies and says they can't afford to give us the good maintenance and workers like they used to, that's just a huge lie!  This new Section 8 gave them MILLIONS MORE and they could have still continued to rent to low income seniors and handicapped even if they don't have section 8.  There are plenty of different low income housing programs to apply to for housing within HACLA.

I hope people still post their complaints and information here, I need to know more about the people who remain at HACLA who are part of this scheme so I know who to target.

Your Section 8 that you have now is not a personal voucher, it's a UNIT BASED voucher.  More manipulating laws to get our money... they only care about passing building inspections, when in the past they had to inspect how we personally lived to make sure we were not creating and safety hazards, not they don't even give things a glance, they don't care about us, it's all about the vacancies, having us move out at their expense, and renting to the public and make as much money as they can.  It is no longer about the people.

Very sad state of affairs when the legal systems chooses to look the other way.
