My son took out a car title loan with car title and payday loans on a pickup truck, the loan was for 3200.00, they paid a payment of 800.00 a month on the truck, they were told the 800.00 was intrest until they paid off the loan.
After paying on the pickup for 2 years, my son was laid off they fell behind on the intrest payments and the company pick up his truck. They paid over $18,000.00 back to this company.how can they get away with that, i beleive they are really taken advandage of the people who are stuggling to make it.
These type of people need to be stopped, is it legal to do such a thing, please help if you can, its not right. thank you

Why do people insist on going to these loan sharks? If he saved $800 a month he was able to pay in4 months he would have had his $3200 loan amount saved in cash for what ever purpose he needed it for, probably nothing earth shattering.
Anyways he agreed to it, took the money for what ever and defaulted, now he will learn to upheld his end of the bargain it is right.
