As an Attorney with knowlege of  the fact Jonathan Scot Cohen, Harvey Modlin, Ronald L. Moore, Jimmy Haand descraced Attornys David Habberbush and Andrew Duff Weise have formed a huge criminal enterprise. 

The Cohen's who are known drug addicts and Modlin court records show took Primetech Corporation computers, aircraft parts, government restricted tech data, a sequil database, all accounting records, Primetech's tax returns, Primetech's quick books, and everything they could to start their own competeing business while the worked for Primetech.  they even used Primetech's financial statements saying they were theirs are a sole proprietorship to obtain the lease for their criminal enterprise.  

They now try to slander Robert Prestwood who helped law enforcement set up a drug sting to catch them selling drugs and the comission of other crimes. 

When they found Prestwood was the one who tipped law enforcement and help put them away they even threatened his life.   Then saying Prestwood was charged with pergery in a civil trial is laughable.   He has never been charged let a lone arested for anything even jaywalking.

Jon's father Dr. Gerry Cohen comitted medicare fraud and created a fraudlent bankruptcy with decrased attorney David Habberbush.

Their partner Ron Moore has been charged with this same sort of crimes.  Moore adds this to his past convictions for armed robbery and grand theft. 

To try to get Ron out of one jam they had their crooked Andrew Duff Weise create a fraud settlement  having an unauthorized sign a settlement and submitted it to Judge Monoe's court  without the knowlege of plaintiff attorney David Affeld.  They then used the fraud settlement in Judge Alpert's Federal Court.  There is nothing the Cohen/Moore/Weise conspiricy will not do.
California Attorney David Afferld has submitted a declairation with supporting documents to the district attorney's office.

Found Guilty Of Perjury in a California civil case, Mr. Prestwood is simply seeking revenge in these phony articles against witnesses and Mr. Cohen for the loss of his home to Jon Cohen after Mr. Cohen successfully prosecuted a civil case against him. The people named by Prestwood in this report have no relationship to one another and the criminal allegations are completely false. In fact Judge Gray wrote a letter to the Department of Justice recommending that Mr. Prestwood be indicted for his abuse of the judicial system.

This is a typical action by Prestwood who has been involved in over 40 civil cases in California as a Defendent as well as at least as many in Florida. Mr. Prestwood routinely terrorizesboth plaintiffs and witnesses in his civil and criminal cases in effort to control their testimony or cause them to drop their case. Mr. Prestwood has been the subject of several criminal investigations by the Department of Defense, FBI, Huntington Beach Police Department, in both Huntington Beach, California and in a fradualent Bankruptcy proceeding in Miami, Florida where he was ordered to pay over 1.7 million dollars to the court. Currently a resident of Florida, anyone doing business with Robert Milton Prestwood or his shell companies should be strongly cautioned.
