The Wall Street Voice is owned and operated by David Scott Heredia, but he will tell you his name is just David Scott. He has had many filings against him with the SEC for his activity with former communications companies, and his dealings with Stratton Oakmont. He will tell you that he has a list of 1.2 million double opt-ins, however it really only numbers in the hundreds. He will also tell you that he has one of the top financil portals in the world when in all actuality it gets about 10 hits a day. It states on his website and advertisements that he has anywhere from 25-60 broker relations executives and 12 marketing masters working for him however the address registered to his business is a residence. I find it hard to believe that he is able to house 30-70 employees in a residence. His last known business associate according to sunbiz.org was a guy named Leo. See link for details:
