TIDEWATER MOTOR TIDEWATER GAP INSURANCE BOGUS Chesapeak Virginia

 I purchased a vehcile and financed with TIDEWATER MOTOR. I had GAP insurance included in the financing. The vehicle was totaled and paid by my insurance. The remaining balance was to be paid by the GAP. It has been a month and it still has not been paid. The continue to call me demanding monthly payments on a totaled vechile with a claim submitted. This means they would pocket either my money or the GAP insurance funds when and if they every come around. This company is fraudulent and unprofessional. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! ITS A NIGHTMARE!
