Upon the non-communicated default of a vehicle title loan, wrongful conduct occurred beginning with numerous violations pursuant to Title 52- NRS 604A and the U.S. TiTle VIII -Debt Collection Practices Act 805,807 and 809.

The TitleBucks company failed to send a written attempt of resolution as is state law, 15 days prior to taking any civil action of collecting collateral. Unlawfully sending a third party to consumer's place of employment , whom also failed to identify themselves or state their intended business upon initial contact.

After distracting the the consumer, another agent removed the vehicle without the consumer's  knowledge thereby committing theft of personal property and Identification. When consumer asked if all personal property could be retrieved immediately, he was told "NO" by the third party and by a representative of Titlebucks when he initiated contact. During several days of contact in efforts to obtain valuable personal possessions as Nevada law states, the result is loss of identity papers, financial records and valuable items.

NRS604A.455 Title loans: Applicability of Uniform Commercial Code; repossession of vehicle; civil action. 3. If a vehicle is repossessed pursuant to this section:
(a) By the licensee or his or her employees, the licensee shall make reasonably available to the customer any personal property in or upon the vehicle; or (b) By a third party acting on behalf of the licensee, the licensee shall instruct the third party to make reasonably available to the customer any personal property in or upon the vehicle.
