TNT Carports Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced MT Airy North Carolina

 I ordered a carport from Choice Metal Buildings on 5/16/13. They are an online dealer that represented TNT Carports. I was told the carport would deliver in 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks I started inquiring when my Carport would be delivered and I was given a contact at TNT Carports to find out. For 9 very agonizing weeks I tried to find out the status. I left repeated messages on voice mails and no one ever returns your calls. If you happen to catch the person you alegedly need to talk to they either tell you to talk to someone else and put you into their voice mail or tell you they will check and call back in 5 minutes. Of course, no one ever calls back. I asked for a Manager and went through the same process of not returning my calls, twice got them to answer and they said they would call me back in 5 minutes and never did. After 13 painfull weeks I finally got my Carport installed and the good news was the installers were great and did a good job. Still not worth the aggravation and I would NEVER do business with this company again.

 I also want to point point out that Choice Metal Buildings was extremely helpful during this process but did not have any more influence than I did. I had a special installation that I talked to several Dealers about and Eric was the only one who could explain to me how this could be handled and it worked out perfectly. I would do business with them again with no hesitation as long as they did not use TNT.
