When I purchased my Toyota Camry 2006, I assumed that such a quality vehicle would also include excellent customer service. This has NOT proven to be the case. Talking to them is a nightmare. They are condescending, rude. They have an attitude typical of those companies that feel they do not have strive for your good ratings. Alongside this nightmarish and poor service, their employees had the nerve to ask for good reviews. Remember those times you were asked to give the employee only good marks? They ask for them, with no discretion. That is a cheap way to guarantee poor service and they do it at our expense. Those who beg for the unearned marks are generally poor employees. We should report them, for they do not deserve our positive evaluations. Instead, if they are so sure they provided good service, they should not try to influence the customer report. And where are the managers when this manipulation of data takes place. After all, it is fraud to contract a survey and ask for good marks tapping on your manipulated sources.
Toyota has had the worst customer service I have experienced. When you want to speak to a manager they claim they cannot ansewer before two or three business days... they hang up the phone, they pass the ball around to escalate matters so they can make themselves feel like victims. And as for the recorded calls to insure quality of service, all of that is bogus... Should they listen to those recordings, they would have already fired, Becca, Gaby, Chelsea, and Trudy. These so called "managers" had the customer service skills of an employee who could not sustain a dialogue with a customer. With this poor customer service it would be better for Toyota to have recordings or to outsource services. Becca, Gaby, Chelsea and Trudy are not worth a salary and benefits. And who pays for their salaries? Toyota's customers.... That is why the company spends so much in advertisement all over the place. But I am not alone in complaining about these bad company... please read the many complaints here and everywhere and don't let others make you believe that Toyota is the best. My car was not the best, the terms of the loan were not the best, the dealers were not the best, the service was not the best... in other words... they are here to get us with the tall tale that they are the best. My suggestion to you is ask around and read why they went down in the preference of the public, down, down, down, down.... I would rather ride a bike than drive another Toyota, ever. And if you don't believe what you read, I trust that you will join me in this rip off report, sooner than later.
