We were shopping for a boat on an online classified site. We found a boat we likes and we were directed to ubuy storehouse

We asked about the condition of the boat and the email inquiry was returned by "John Wagner"  They then give a stock number and you register on their "website". You are then told to send a 50 percent down payment to one of their agents in Dallas. His name is Harold Giron. We sent the payment (over $2000k).

After that payment was received we got an email stating their "Board of Directors" had made a decision payment needed to be received in full before the item was shipped.

We tried to go to there website today and it is gone.
