Unitedaddresschange.com, Fraud Address Change Allen Texas

I typed in the USPS to change an address, and without me noticing I was redirected to United Address Change.  I filled out all nessary information.  I have changed my address before with the USPS, so when you have completed all categories  you are prompted to the pay area, which is exactly the same as this United Address Change (unitedaddress.com).

 I noticed that I did not get. A conformation via my email address.    I asked my sister to check her bank to see if the monies had been deducted.  Upon checking her account there was an amount of $40.00 deducted from her account.  I told my sister that was wrong because the USPS only charges 1.05 and this is a security fee to check your identity, and that the credit card matches the name of the person that is changing their address.  

 The Unitedaddresschange.com took her credit card information, even though the names did not match, which is a Federal offense.  I called them asked them to refund the money.  I also asked them to give me their business address which turns out to a house address in Allen, Tx

 My sister is going to the bank as the charge is pending with a copy of Ripoffreport of another complaint on this company.

 Please when doing an address change with the USPS make sure it is the website.  The security charge will be $1.05.  One more thing Unitedaddrresschange.com does not tell you the amount, so always check to see how much monies is being deducted. From your account.
