So I have no credit, right? I'm 20, I lived with family all my life, never had any financial aid or anything.

I needed a car to get back and forth to work and with no one willing to finnance me and my mother wouldn't allow me to buy a cheap car out of pocket. 

So we went to car hop in Bremerton Washington. First off, the associate Chris was kind of a jerk and seemed more interested in flirting to get the sale than to actually get me a decent car. I had looked at the cars on the lot and knew which one I wanted. 

They ran my credit and decided that I couldnt have what I wanted ad gave me a choice between one car that alright, but the side looked like it had been smashed with a hammer to get a dent out, or a car that was leaking. Seriously, I got into it and my sneakers got soaked because there were 3 inches of water in the floor boards. Even so, the sales associate insisted I take it for a test drive. It wouldnt start, and after that I refused. I was stuck with one option, so like an absoloute dumbass I took the car, even after the associate refused to get me a vehicle history report. 

2 weeks later, it wouldnt start and they refused to do anything about the brakes, even though THEIR service tech told me it took months for brakes to get THAT bad. 

Besides paying 70 dollars a week I've had to put loads into this car. It only runs on 3 cylinders, the brakes still don't work well, it rattles like crazy at 55mph and sucks up gas like crazy. 

8000 dollars for this hunk of junk. I'd already paid 3000 on this car before I lost my job and had to move across country, but my reserve was gone before I managed to get a new job. I've missed 3 payments and they want 500 dollars in 2 weeks or theyre going to take my car. I have half a mind to just let them take the d**n thing.

NEVER get a car from this company. I've paid for every repair they "covered" out of pocket and they've been harrassing the people I had to use as references and tryign to get money from anyone they can. They don't care about your needs or problems. They just want money.

If your initial impression of the salesman's lack of desire help you as well his his alledged "flirting", why did you even bother to STAY THERE and reward them with your business?

QUESTION 2:  You noticed VERY OBVIOUS problems with the car the second you got into it for the "test driver".  Again, why did you even bother to STAY THERE and reward them with your business?

If all you said here was absolutely true and the car was/is junk, the person to look at is yourself.  YOU agreed to buy this junk.  You didn't have to as nobody was forcing you.  You are the customer.  Without you, there's no profit.  If the service, product or treatment is poor, then you WALK OUT!
