Came into Uptown on Saturday to celebrate the 1 year anniversary with my three grand-kids, it is unfortunate that I will not be return to the establishment, my Grand Son will miss the youth bowling league there. But with the policy of not refunding bowling money I can not see us going there any more.

When you have very young kids 3 & 5 you are trying to get to teach them a new sport and you run into problems which we did and could only bowl one of the two frames we original where going to do, could not keep them concentrated on the game, so I was very surprise when I went back up to the counter and was told there are no refunds,

My total bill with over $50.00 and the refund would have been $16.00 plus tax, so I feel kind of ripped off, no offer of rain check at all just no we do not refund.
