USA Supreme Technology, Primetime Marketing Solutions Prime Time Marketing, Company Misrepresents who they are and RIPS you off on advertising campaign 7929 Kenwood Lane, Tempe, Arizona

To all who have been taken in by this company or are checking this company out - NOTE: this company according the Perry Collier of the Arizona FBI office- is actually
Prime Time Marketing Solutions LLC- doing business as -USA Supreme Technology-  They are fraudulent- but he couldn't help me with my case against them.  The FBI only deals with scum that rip you off for millions of dollars not for the 10's of thousands of dollars most of us have been taken for-  I have posted on ripoff earlier about my problems with USA Supreme Technology- Please look for that report- it is the same problem that all of you have had with this COMPANY.

I  have filed with my credit card company- they haven't been able to help- The Arizona Attorney General says they don't exist- that's because I didn't know they are really PRIME TIME MARKETING SOLUTIONS, LLC- so I will be re-filing with them.
ALSO--MR Collier says to file a complaint with the following: CONSUMER COMPLAINTS- ARIZONA CORPORATION FRAUD COMMISSION  1200 W Washington St, Phoneix AZ 85007
He thinks the most we can expect is to shut this group down and we will never see our money back- but I'ld rather that than see anymore innocent trusting people get hurt.

Please if you are reading this take the time to contact the commission, my inch thick packet goes out tomorrow along with another packet to the Arizona Attorney General with the correct name- PRIME TIME MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC.
I paid for 10000 postcards to be sent in January 2009 to date supposedly 4000 have been sent- 1000 in Feb 2009, April 2009, Sept 2009 and Nov 2009. Since then nothing.  In fine print they say advertising $ are nonrefundable- but if they haven't done the advertising on the monthly basis in the 1 year time frame that they put in an affidavit to my credit card company I feel I am due a refund for the cards not sent. I sent a polite request via e-mail and a letter to USA Supreme's corporate counsel- no response- no surprise there-  YOUR LACK OF SALES is your fault not theirs-  Paul Dickerson actually said that to me and Hubert Mason had the nerve to tell me I needed to spend 5 hours of the day cold calling people to make sales- why did I give them $15000.00 for a target market advertising campaign if I need to do all this cold calling?  I've also been told they have problems with their OLD phone lines- the target market they tried didn't work - so they were regrouping and trying something new and the BEST is that they didn't have enough staff on to handle the calls.   MY QUESTION- if there are sooooo many calls why are the distributors not making one red cent- somebody is getting rich but it sure isn't the distributor-  I have had personal contact with 5 distributors and we all have the same story and the same ZERO DOLLARS made- and all the blame for that falls on us according to the principals of USA SUPREME TECHNOLOGY!
THIS COMPANY IS A PURE RIP-OFF- the problem is getting our money back and shutting them down.
