USA TELECOM LONG DISTANCE 3960 Howard Hughes Pkwy #5001-F La Vegas Nevada 89109 U.S.A.Phone: 888-2996618 If you have this company as a long distance provider, be aware, they will continue to charge you monthly on your phone bill even if you make a change to a different provider.  In my case, we recieved a phone call and we did not authorize the change but they did anyway!  Problem was, I already had unlimited long-distance with my carrier and this company billed me again!  Even though US Telecom has not been our LD provider, we have been paying their monthly charge up until we realized they were still on the phone bill.

They were completely unwilling to give credit for all the months charged where we were paying fees where no service was provided.  They want their money regardless.  To this day they refuse to credit us back money owed and was taken with our consent.  If you find charges paid to a long distance carrier on your phone bill, be sure to check with your phone company to make sure you do not have overlaping long distance service.  Companies like this enjoy getting money from unaware consumers and you can be one just like us.  I only hope enough people file a report and this company is finally shut down.

US Telecom may be scamming

AUTHOR: OldFart - ()

POSTED: Friday, December 13, 2013

This company appears to have a scam of billing people in assisted living and/or nursing homes for small amounts of cash, under $10, for alleged inability to "consolidate billing with your local long distance company." Most people are likely to pay it rather than do anything about it. DO NOT PAY, AND REPORT THIS PRACTICE TO FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1

Another way US telecom tries to rip off customers

AUTHOR: charlie - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, February 23, 2013

I have been dealing with U.S. telecom for three months trying to get a refund for my mother in law. She paid the bill for over a year with out ever knowing anything about it. Her telephone service provider would only credit her for 3 months of the needless charge. She received a bill directly from US telecom today demanding payment of the refund that her phone company provided her. This company is very suspicious in their business practices.
