Vending Placement Jay, J, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Baird Waste of money, did not locate machines, refused to refund money, poor customer service, misrepresented services and abilities Columbus, Georgia

After being highly, highly recommended by the vending company we purchased our machines from for locating our machines and after calling/interviewing several others and trying to find complaints under this name (learned later they used to operate under a dif name) we hired him. Never understood why locating combo "healthy" machines would cost more then a "junk" machine, a machine is a machine. Long story short, took MONTHS to get him or his wife to respond after cashing our check, they were unable to locate the machines, without our knowledge or discussion with us he called a locator to come here and find locations for us. He came and supposedly found all five locations, which after payment turned out to be only two! Called company to complain and basically was told tough we already have your money and you agreed to pay it, we however, were under impression we had a guarantee on placement, but he did not honor it and in teeny tiny letters that do not print on page of contract (comes on separate page when printing so don't forget it!) that regardless of wording in contract there is no guarantee! Anyway, after more months of back and forth and threats of legal action he did refund $500 of $2500. Also contacted company we purchased from who recommended them so highly and were rudely told tough and locate yourself (another ripoff if you ask me, but that's another story!) We hired them since locating is not something I like to do or can do well. Isn't that the reason you would hire these people? So, we were told even though we paid for locating services we would have to either put out more money or do it ourselves! Will never use them or the company we bought machines from again! Feel totally ripped off, did not get what we were told and they don't give a flip! They won't use any parameters you request, even though told they would and it is recommended you do (otherwise an office of one will net you negative returns!). They have the money for doing nothing but having a business license, which should be taken away! Stay away!
