My ex-wife and I see each other to hand off our children and she spends time with me and the kids and has zero fear of me. We get along well and do what is best for our children.

Unlike the scumbag gaylord liar says......ask her how many times domestic dispute calls the cops have made to her house. She is violent and a drama queen. Her own neighbors want nothing to do with her.

He is in Gaylord. Gaylord is a very small town and close-knit community. He made contact with our friends and tried to apologize for scamming their family. He may not have credit but apparently has cash.We have seen the new Charger and is renting the lake house. He is threatening his terrified ex-wife, who's life he destroyed with lies and adultery.

If this was him trying to throw you off I don't think this would be a useful way to do so. There is a large group of us that want justice and do not want him in our town! If there is anything we can do to bring this criminal to justice we need to know the steps to take.

How do you KNOW he's in Gaylord??  I know he is everywhere, on every forum where his name resides, every rip off report is read by him....  this could be a diversion for all of us who want our $$$!!!!   He doesn't have the credit to buy a sportscar or a lake house.

Mr. Barbagallo has moved back to Northern Michigan as of September 20th. He is reaping the dishonest rewards of ripping people off with his new sports car and sprawling lake house.

What actions can be taken to put this man out if the position that has allowed him to take advantage of people personally and professionally? His exact address and newest phone number are known. Have any charges been filed? Who should be contacted? This man is a conartist and sociopath that stops at nothing.
