Viper Networks is a totally fraudulent company.
Just go to google and punch in security networks scams...have their own keywords..lol.
A "representative" of the company posing as Protection one came to my door and actually ripped out my current security box and put a new system into my office.
Thinking they were Protection One signed what I thought was a work order. It actually was a five year contract for security monitoring for my home double the price of what I was paying!
The customer service agents on the phone say "I have you on a recording" you signed a contract and the only way to get out of the contract will be if you pay 75% of the contract term of 5 years at $50.00 per month!
I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania attorney general's office as well as the Better Business bureau and the department of consumer affairs.
They don't care about your security, they care about MONEY! Anyway what kind of company has a contract which "self renews"...LOL.
Save yourself the nightmare and go with a legitimate company.

This is an obvious attempt to harm our reputation by annonymously posting slanderous comments about our company and myself. We will not contribute to this sites SEO momentum, nor the SEO company who contacted us shortly afterwards to help us repair this ridiculous post. We have provided rebuttal on our own web site which explains how this message was crafted cleverly for maximum SEO impact. We use no contracts, no fees, everything is completely falseifyed for SEO damage to our company.
