Received a call from an operator directing me to the web site to complete my payment information so I can receive my gift card. The payment is for an iPad or iPhone. Beware, there first sentence is "You did not complete your online survey" For me that was the give away because I don't do the surveys. But I typed in the web address and it came up in my browser "scam" Please do not disregard this notice!
